And that might have been the end of it: an up-and-comer cuts a great single, it gets into the radio rotation for a while, and then we all move on to the next big thing – it’s a cycle that’s repeated countless times a year.
Enter the 2010 Olympic Winter Games.
Suzie approached Bell, an Olympic sponsor, with a proposal: they would work together to create a song and video download for the Olympics, and use the recording to raise funds to support athletes.
